Why I Love Putting My Designs on Anything I Can

As a creative person, inspiration doesn't stay in one place—and neither do my designs.

When I first started creating artwork, I thought mostly about fabric. T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and embroidery projects felt like the natural home for my creativity. But the more I designed, the more I realized something important: art doesn't belong to one product. It belongs wherever it can bring joy, start a conversation, or make someone's day a little brighter.

That's why I love putting my designs on just about anything I can.

Every Product Tells a Different Story

A design feels different depending on where it lives.

A funny quote on a coffee mug becomes part of someone's morning routine. A personalized tumbler travels through busy days and road trips. An embroidered sweatshirt offers comfort and warmth. A custom keychain carries a memory everywhere it goes.

The same design can create a completely different experience depending on the product. I love exploring those possibilities and finding new ways for people to connect with my work.

One of my favorite parts of running Art & Stitchery is experimenting with new materials and products.

Some ideas look amazing as embroidery. Others come to life through vibrant printing. Sometimes a design starts on paper and ends up on a tumbler, tote bag, ornament, or gift set. Every project is an opportunity to see creativity from a new perspective.

I never want to limit myself to one type of product because inspiration rarely follows rules.
